Complimentary personalised programmes tailored and designed for you so you can work with an exercise plan to help you reach your fitness goals.
During this session you will go through a mini health screening, discuss your goals and previous training to then work through a programme which can be put on our Roehampton Club app or sent to you via email.

Costs

Personal Training – 1 hr: £55, 5 hrs: £250, 10 hrs: £465, 20 hrs: £870
Pilates – 1hr – £50 12hrs – £550
