Nanny and Guardian Pass Rules

In order that Junior Members may have assistance to attend the Club and their lessons, Members have the option to purchase a Nanny Pass or Guardian Pass.

Nanny Pass Rules of Use

◊ ‘Nanny’ refers to an employee working in the traditional role of a nanny caring for a Junior Member.
◊ A nanny may only use the pass for the purpose of being the sole supervising adult for a Junior Member, who must be with them at all times.
◊ Nannies are permitted to accompany Junior Member(s) within the Club grounds and in the swimming pools, on the racquets courts but may not use any of the Club facilities independently.
◊ A nanny is not permitted to use any of the facilities independently, unless as the Guest of a Member, where the appropriate fee has been paid. This includes the Gym, Studios and Swimming Pools.
◊ Nanny Pass holders may attend the Club with the Member family to assist with Junior Members. They may not however use the facilities as a Member.
◊ A nanny may supervise the Junior Member whilst they use the Gym, providing that Junior Member has completed any relevant induction process.
◊ Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna or steam room and therefore the supervising nanny may not use those facilities either. Children under the age of 12 may not use the Spa Pool and it is the nanny’s responsibility to ensure that this rule is adhered to.
◊ A Nanny Pass holder may not sign in Guests.

Guardian Pass Rules of Use

◊ ‘Guardian’ refers to a nominated responsible adult (mother, father, grandparent) caring for a (Junior) Member.
◊ A guardian may only use the pass for the purpose of being the sole supervising adult for a Junior Member, who must be with them at all times.
◊ Guardians are permitted to accompany Junior Member(s) within the Club grounds and in the swimming pools, on the racquets courts but may not use any of the Club facilities independently.
◊ A guardian is not permitted to use any of the facilities independently. The relevant Guest Pass should be purchased if the facilities are to be used.
◊ Guardian pass holders may only attend with the Member family on payment of the appropriate Guest Fee and are subject to the usual guest visit rules.
◊ A guardian may not use the gym and studios unless attending as the Guest of a Member and the appropriate Guest Fee is paid.
◊ A guardian may supervise the Junior Member whilst they use the Gym, providing that Junior Member has completed any relevant induction process.
◊ Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna or steam room and therefore the supervising guardian may not use those facilities either. Children under the age of 12 may not use the spa and it is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure that this rule is adhered to.
◊ A Guardian Pass holder may not sign in Guests.

Nanny / Guardian Pass rules

The cost of the Nanny or Guardian Pass for 2025 will be as follows:
£52 -monthly pass / £123 – quarterly pass / £210 – 6 months pass / £360 -12 months pass
