Junior gym hours
Junior gym hours are
10am-6pm Monday to Wednesday
10am-9pm Thursday and Friday
7am-10am and 12pm-8pm Saturday (10am to 12pm adults only)
10am-8pm Sundays
All children aged 11-16 must be supervised by and adult unless they have completed the gym band induction process.

Gym inducted Juniors, aged 11 – 15, will be permitted to use the gym unsupervised but a parent guardian/guardian will need to be on site.
To ensure a fun and safe workout, it is essential that all Junior Gym participants complete a complimentary induction with a Fitness Trainer prior to using the gym. After the induction you will receive a tailored workout programme created for you by a Fitness Trainer.
Sessions for Junior Members and can be booked up to three days in advance at Health Club Reception on 020 8480 4245 or with the Gym Team on 020 8480 4235.
There will be three Junior Gym tiers which include programmes:
Red – Tier 1 – use of Cardiovascular machines and Resistance machines
Amber – Tier 2 – Tier 1 usage plus access to dumbbells
Green – Tier 3 – Tier 1 and Tier 2 usage plus access to barbells/plate loaded equipment
Juniors must book a Gym Induction at Health Club Reception or by phone – 020 8480 4225
Wristbands will be handed out by Reception and must be returned after gym session
All classes must be booked three days in advance

Junior guests using the Gym
Junior gym guests (11-15years old) MUST undergo a gym induction before using the gym or they cannot be admitted for their own safety. If a Member plans to invite a Junior guest, it is advised to contact the Health Club Team and book them in for an induction to be delivered directly before they use the gym. The induction takes 30 minutes and will not need to be repeated on subsequent visits.
