Bootcamp group fitness
Following new government guidelines we are excited to be permitted to now offer outdoor, socially distanced, classes for up to five participants. These classes will be taught by Tanysha from our gym team and will start week commencing 15th June. They will be bookable online and via Reception, 24 hours in advance. They will of course be weather dependent and we will try to contact you where possible if they need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible, a minimum of two hours, so we can offer the space to our reserve list. These classes will be located on the front lawn to left of security, opposite the snooker room.
Bootcamp is a high energy class based around military moves including an intense mix of aerobic, strength and speed training. Bursts of intense activity are designed to be challenging and varied, with no equipment.

Due to the nature of these classes, our unpredictable weather and for reasons of health and safety, we will not run any other type of classes outside for the time being. We will carry on with our virtual timetable and are currently working on a new virtual platform to make this experience even better.
