Dining at the Club
If you wish to eat at the Club (in the Club Café or Restaurant) we encourage you to book a table in advance to avoid disappointment. It is essential on The Terrace, where there is limited availability, although we will accommodate walk-ins where possible.

Home Cooking Recipes and Tips by Arnaud Delannay
Poached Egg
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil (4L of water for 200ml WW vinegar), place your eggs into individual bowls (no more than six at the time).
- Whisk the water when at a simmering point to create a spiral, drop the eggs one at the time, cook for four minutes in simmering water (not boiling).
- Take out of the poaching water, drain off the water, finish with olive oil and sea salt.
Pancakes
5 eggs
650ml milk
50gr melted butter
650gr plain flour
7tbs baking powder
10tbs caster sugar
1tbs table salt
15 portions
- Using an electric blender, combine all the dry ingredients ( sugar, salt, baking powder, plain flour), add half on the milk and start mixing.
- When the ingredients start to combine, add the eggs one at the time, then add the other half of the milk.
- Allow the mix to rest in the fridge for at least two hours.
- For the cooking, use a non-stick fried pan on low heat with a small amount of vegetable
oil.
- One medium size ladle full will make a good size pancake, place it gently in the pan.
- Cook very gently for approximately two minutes, then turn and cook for another two minutes and the pancakes are ready to serve.
