Using your Annual Levy to buy wine
If you need to use remaining Annual Levy before the end of the year, you may bulk buy wine in time for Christmas from a special levy list available from the Piano Bar from 1st December through to 31st December. There will be a dedicated member of staff available to manage this on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays from 11am – 7pm and Wednesdays and Thursdays 1 – 10pm.
Bar staff may be able to help at other times if the bar is quiet. The listed wines are subject to availability and may change depending on demand. Please note that wine should be taken away on the same day as purchased.
If you need to add ‘top up’ levy to your membership cards please do so at Reception rather than the Club Café as we move into the busy festive season.

Coffee Machine – Club Café
The coffee machine is now up and running in the Club Café should you wish to purchase a drink when the café is closed or you are in a hurry to avoid any wait at the counter. The levy discount has been applied to charges, please use your debit or credit card as it will not accept Roehampton Club membership cards as payment.
Bar Bookings
The seven tables in the Piano Bar are now available to book should you wish to dine with us outside of the main Members Bar. These will be available depending on the usage of the lager event space.
Can we please ask that should you be unable to make your booking in either the Members Bar or Piano Bar that you please call Reception to let us know.
