Clubhouse Rules Reminder and Etiquette for Dining Areas
◊ Members are welcome to bring guests to dine in all food and beverage areas. Guests must be signed in at the Gatehouse.
◊ Food and refreshments from home may not be brought into the Club to be consumed on site
◊ Mobile phone calls are not permitted other than the changing rooms or car parks and should always be switched to silent mode, this includes in the Piazza Pavilion and Gardens
◊ Laptops and other electronic devices may be used quietly in the Club Café, Reading Room, Piazza Pavilion or Juice Bar but cannot be used for business purposes in groups. If you would like to book a meeting room please ask the Events Team
◊ Children aged under 8 may eat with their family in the Juice Bar, Gardens, Club Café, Piazza Pavilion and on the Bar Terrace but only children aged 8 and over may only eat in the Roehampton Restaurant/ Piano Bar when supervised by an adult
◊ Children under 16 may not use the Members Bar *
◊ Sports bags, rackets and the wearing of spikes are not permitted in the Bar areas, Club Café or Restaurant. Storage areas are available
◊ Members and guests must wear smart casual dress or clean sportswear when using dining areas
◊ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted on the Bar Terrace or inside the Clubhouse at any time.
Clubhouse Etiquette
◊*Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Members Bar but are welcome in the Piano Bar and on the bar terrace. Please do not let your children walk/run through the bar from the terrace to the café for their safety while staff are carrying food and drink around the area.
◊Members and guests may now wear hats in the Clubhouse except in the Garden Restaurant/Piano Bar.
◊Members may now wear golf shoes (with no metal or plastic spikes) in the Bar, as long as they are cleaned before entry.
