Simultaneous Backgammon
On Tuesday 18th July at 7pm we will run a simultaneous backgammon event.
Chris Bray, Club Member, England International and the Times Backgammon Columnist, will take on pairs of players in five-point matches. Chris will play six pairs at a time, circulating round the boards as quickly as possibly. Once a match is over another pair can take their place at the board and hopefully everybody who wants to play can be accommodated. For those waiting to play boards will be provided for casual play or you can just watch the action.
Entry is £10 per pair. Winning pairs will have their entry fee returned. If you lose the money goes into the club backgammon fund. Re-entries are permitted if time allows.
