Exhibition Preview and Drinks and to the Art Group Dinner on 8th November
Thanks to everyone who has entered the exhibition; we have another record number of artists and artworks to add colour around the Club!

There are some 80 people coming to the dinner and we are looking forward to another fabulous evening.
6.30 – 7.30pm View the art work of our talented Art Group members over a glass of wine in the Fountain Room at the Club.
7.30pm Exhibition opening by Sir Thomas Allen, who retired recently as one of world’s leading operatic baritones. Tom has joined the Art Group, is enjoying spending time painting and has entered the exhibition.
8 – 11pm Dinner to celebrate the year. Bring friends, family and other artists. Come on your own or make up a table of up to ten.
New Mixed Media Masterclass with Daisy Drummond
5th to 7th December
This three-day class will run in the Art Studio and will be led by Daisy Drummond. At a time of year when daylight is short, stress may be up and time under pressure, take some time for yourself!
This will be a great opportunity to take the pressure off and have some fun, whilst learning and developing your artistic techniques. The objective is to ‘let go’ of results and control on the one hand while, on the other, still practicing careful observation and developing the eye, colour balance and chiaroscuro.
Using a medium you are familiar with, such as watercolour or acrylics, we will develop and add this to drawing with inks, pencils and collage.
♣ The Masterclass will include three full days of teaching 5th to 7th December from 10 am – 4 pm
♣ The charge for the class will be £150.
♣ Numbers will be strictly limited to a maximum of ten students.
