Thinking of joining an art class?

Starting the week of 20th September 2021, we will run our full range of Autumn Classes in the Art Studio (subject to any unforeseen changes to Government Guidance).

 

Classes will include:

◊ Beginners and Improvers Drawing and Painting*

◊ Discovering Watercolour with Shaun Carey

◊ Life Drawing with Kathy Barker

◊ Acrylic Painting with Kathy Barker

*a hugely successful class, which most of our students begin with and enjoy the relaxed environment and introduction to the studio. See left for examples of recent work.

Non-student Art Group Members will receive an email invitation to book on, or around, 24th May. 

2021 Art Lectures

We have had five successful art lectures so far this year ranging from Rafael and Vermeer to Grayson Perry, with some 140 Members watching! A great success for which we must thank Sue Jell!

The art lectures have now reached their summer break but the next one for your diary is on 21st September – John Piper and Graham Sutherland by Val Woodgate – when we plan to be back in the Clubhouse!
