Adult Swim Gala
After almost two years, we were finally able to organise an adult swim event. On Monday 6th December in the evening, the Roehampton Club adult swimmers attended the first Adult Swim Gala with the following competitions:
Competitions:
50m – Individual Front Crawl *
100m – Individual Front Crawl *
200m – Individual Front Crawl *
Full Medley (Group Relay Race)
Team Relay Races (8 minutes)
*Individual races were divided in two groups according to ability
CEO Marc Newey presented a Certificate of Recognition to the Most Valuable Swimmer – Susie Abbott (the newest Club Award) as she proudly initiated the group and has kept up her performance/attendance throughout the years.
