Chief Executive’s Message

Dear Member,

Member Forum – Thursday 26th October 7pm

The Board met yesterday and reviewed the Club’s operational Strategic Plan 2019-2026 and the results of the recent Member Survey on the projects identified as the next priorities in the Club’s Masterplan 2035. The Chair of the Board Michael Hill will be informing the membership of the Board’s conclusions in the next Recorder on 5th October as well as publishing the survey results in full. The Board has set the date for a Member Forum to talk through the upcoming plans and resulting actions- Thursday 26th October at 7pm. All are welcome to attend.

Sports Shop Contract

The Board, with the help of representatives of the Golf Committee, have renewed the contract for Matthew Paget and his team for another three years from July 2023.

Head Golf Professional Ricky Pharo and his team have performed excellently in delivering a seamless golf service and have pledged to continually improve their offering. If the proposed plans for the Indoor Golf Centre are approved by Wandsworth Council then the Club reserves the right to renegotiate the newly agreed operating contract which Matthew fully accepts and has agreed to.

Look out for the Ladies Autumn/ Winter Fashion Show next Tuesday 26th September at 1.30 pm and their free custom club fitting events in October. Click here for more details
