Club Survey on Masterplan 2035 projects – closing date extended
We are pleased to hear from GGA Partners that we have received a good number of returned surveys and to ensure that Members returning from holiday have time to complete their survey the closing date has been extended to 10pm on Sunday 27th August.
Please take the time to complete this important survey so the Board of Directors can see the feedback before their strategy day on 21st September.

‘The Board of Directors met this month to discuss the Masterplan 2035 and, as promised at the AGM, Members will now be consulted on the direction of travel the Board would like to make over the next three to five years on a number of capital projects.
A survey will be sent out this week by GGA Partners, our strategic consultants, asking for Member feedback by 24th August. It’s a short anonymous survey taking no longer than 10 minutes to complete. The results will be fed back to the Board in time for its annual strategy day on 21st September so please take the time to complete it. A paper version will be available at Reception if you can’t receive the survey online.’
Tennis Courts 15-18 Update
Work on resurfacing these courts to Advantage Red (Smash) is still on schedule and should be completed by Monday 4th September. Access to the courts will be via the existing single gates on the south side of the courts as the double side gates will need to be for court maintenance staff access only.
Club Café Bistro returns from Thursday 14th September
Join us in the Club Café each Thursday and Friday for a delicious evening bistro menu created by our Executive Head Chef and his team.
Bring your own wine to Thursday Bistro evenings and pay just £10 corkage for wine and £15 corkage for fizz (per bottle).

Junior sports taster sessions
Get your Juniors back to sports this September with our free Sunday afternoon taster sessions – try out hockey (10th September), dodgeball (24th September) and rounders (8th October).

Croquet Congratulations
Our Members have been picking up trophies throughout August all around the country. Special mention must be made to Lynn Pearcy and Diana Wilson who both reached the last 32 of the recent Women’s World Golf Croquet Championships. Fabulous achievement and testament to how the standard of play in our croquet section improves year on year.
