An introduction to me

Exercise is an important and meaningful part of daily life. I treat each client differently, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another. I believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination. I have experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, I also work for Wandsworth council in exercise referral where I meet different clients including the elderly and high-risk population. My typical workout includes a variety of equipment: free weights, strength belts, Bulgarian bag and even body-weight exercises. Exercise can be fun, enjoyable and blended into your daily routine in a natural way. Find activities that you most enjoy so you can look forward to exercise. Push yourself to the body's limit. Once you reach that goal, keep going!
