An introduction to me   

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2000 with Premier Training and began working in various Health Clubs in Wiltshire and then London.

I am driven by seeing my clients achieve their goals and having fun through fitness.

Making simple changes to your lifestyle, nutrition and fitness routine can make a big difference to your entire wellbeing long-term!

 I strive to make each training session enjoyable, challenging and progressive incorporating a variety of effective training techniques to help keep you motivated.


I believe that bringing functional movement patterns into your training benefits your overall health, flexibility, sport performance and strength. Many of my clients have experienced the positive benefits and the difference this style of training makes to your usual workout.

 Whatever your goal, I will work with you to assess and tailor your training sessions appropriately to help you feel, move and look better.
