Health Club Junior Activities

Swimming lessons for Member children are available at several times throughout the week.

Swimming lessons are available to those children aged three and above, who hold either a toddler pass or a full Junior Membership. All lessons are structured within an ASA format and offer progression to participants; ranging from Ducklings to Squad level.

There are group lessons during term time and crash courses in non-term time. Private lessons are also available.

Float Sessions

Junior Members can have some fun at our weekend Float Sessions with giant foam floats, an inflatable slide, and music! Weekends 2 - 3pm.

Sessions are typically broken down into three sections: cardio, drills, and games.
